Hi, I was just wondering if you thought of using natural progesterone cream? It is supposed to help align the progesterone to estrogen dominent problems such as ovarian cysts.

I just started using natpro, due to reoccuring cysts, I hope it works as it has for so many others

I don't need it as a method of birth control.  I just need it to control my cysts the nuva ring doesn't do that though?

i really liked the nuva ring... it goes in every 3 weeks, take it out for 1 week, then put a new one in. the ring is actually quite comfortable, i forgot it was in there a couple times!! i have pcos also, and that was the best one i have found so far. and i also didnt gain any weight with it. i would do some research on it, but that was the best one that i was on!!
