No Periods

I am 23 and I have had two periods in two years. The doctor put me on medicine that was supposed to help me start a period and it worked one time. I had my period for a week stopped for a few days and had another period for a week. they were both very heavy bad cramps and mood swings. I do have hypothyroidism. He also told me that my hormones were out of whack and that my body was producing to much testosterone. Can anyone help me figure this out please.

It might be indicating your thyroid medication is still not right.  Did he start any treatment for the off-balanced hormones?  If not, you need to urge him to do so or find a doctor who will.
