will BC pills cure PCOS? is BC pills harmful to our health?

this is Rosemary from China, i was diagnosed with PCOS by the local hospital. i've been trying many ways to recover, from the CTM(Chinese traditional medicine) to western pills. I'm only 25 years old now, so i worried that i may not be able to have a baby after marrige.

recently, one of the professors in the local hospital told me to take BC pills life long to "cure" PCOS, and she said that's totally safe and will help me to easily have a baby in future. Is that true? please please help!

Not sure about birth control pills as those cause us to NOT get pregnant but perhaps they are trying to jump start your cycle.  Women with PCOS are often treated with a diabetes drug called Metformin which has been shown to treat the disorder and women get pregnant this way.

Yes, they said they're trying to make my period regular. But i'm not sure if i understand the medicine you said. Is that something like ""Marvelon"? The local doctors also use that pills. My doctor give me Diane 35, may i know if this is a safe way in your country?

Someone said Diane 35 is forbidden in western countries, because it may cause heart attacks' blood clots, people may even die if take Diane 35 for too long. Is that true?
