Pcos and pregnant

Hello all! I was diagnosed with pcos 5+yrs ago. My fiancé and I have been trying to have a baby for almost 2yrs. My doctor recently put me on chlomid and after 2 cycles I became pregnant. I had my blood work done and progesterone levels were ok. I believe I am 6 weeks exactly but having irregular periods and ovulation time is hard to detect. I went in today for an ultrasound to see how far along I am. The tech was unable to find the fetal pole. She was able to see the yolk sac but no fetal pole. I have to go back in 2 weeks for another ultra sound. I am very worried. I have anxiety of this pregnancy being a blight ovum. Why is there a yolk sack but no baby? Help me please if you've been through this please give me some hope!

I have been through a MC before when I went for my first scan and they could not find the heartbeat.  We were obviously devasted, but they did not say anything else just that the baby had stopped growing at 7 weeks and this was at the 12 week scan.  I think maybe it is too early to detect the heartbeat at this stage, so things maybe fine and you could be worrying needlessly, stress is not good for you at this stage and I would try and be positive.
