Spotting? Implatation?

Hey everyone, I am new to this but I have a question for you all. My situation is so weird right now. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 14 and I am now 29 years old. I need to find a PCOS specialist. I have always missed like one or two months of my period. I started taking Glucophage and Byetta. My cycle started to come down on a monthly basis. I got off of both these medications maybe 8 months ago and now I am back to the missed months again.  I am also taking Maxide for my high blood pressure and I take it every single day, faithfully.  In Januray my cycle was fine (usually lasts 4 days) and then in February, I started seeing lighter menstruation. In March, it skipped. In April, I spotted with dark brown blood (looked like old blood) for one or two days. Through all of this, I had no symptoms of a cycle. This month, I started bleeding on May 11th with the bright red and mucus spotting. It would stop for two days and then I would see my cycle only when I went to the restroom. It looks as if it is trying to come down. I set an appointment last week and I am not pregnant. My GYN wanted to do a pap on me but I wasn't comfortable because I was still spotting and bleeding every other day. I have had small cysts before and I am wondering if I have one now. Should I go along with the pap smear? She will do blood work, a pap smear and an ultrasound when I go back. Has anyone had this happen to them??? Also I only had like a cramping feeling for the for the past two days. Is this just implantation? I am getting worried and depressed because I am so scared. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance!

Are you ttc? Did you have unprotected sex? Do you know when you ovulate? The only way that it could be implantation is that you would of had to have sex. I think you should get the blood test done to see if you are pregnant. You should also do the pap.

How long where you taking the glucophage before your cycles came down on a monthly basis and how much were you taking?
What is byetta?

Good Luck!!!

Did u confirm that u r not pregnant with a blood test?

2 months back, I had a spoting and went to see my doctor.I had a urine test done which showed a negative pregnancy but my blood work showed hcg levels to be 25 which was very low and thats the reason y it dint show up on urine test.My OB/GYN did an ultrasound and said its a chemical pregnancy and that resulted in a miscarriage.

For people with PCOS like us, its hard to predict anything without proper tests.

So its better u confirm with a blood work and an ultrasound.
