Thank you for all of your comments. You have really helped me and I will definantly cut down on food sizes and also drink a lot more water. I will also completely stop eating take-aways. I know they are really bad for me but I have finally made the decision to cut them out completely. Thanks again for everything you have been a really big help to me. :)

Atkins diet is not good for somebody of your age. Your body is still growing and you need all the nutrients you can get. Just cut back on things like sweets, soda's and try watching your bread intake and pasta. If you like eating sandwiches for lunch, try them on a low carb wrap. Pasta is good in moderation, try whole pasta as oppose to white. Measure it out to equal 2 ounces (it may seem like a little, but when you cook it up it does expand). It helps, because with having PCOS your body does not break down the food as fast as somebody who doesn't have PCOS. Also, just watch your portions. Try eating on a smaller plate as oppose to a big dinner plate. You wont be able to fill your plate to much without spilling it. Water is key to any diet. Try small first, start with 3 glasses of water with each meal of the day. Once you do that, add more water to your diet. It will help your body to get use to drinking water, instead of gulping down 8 glasses right off the bat.

Oh and also always drink a big glass of water right before you eat, it will help you get full faster, so you are less likely to overeat!

at your age you should'nt be cutting calories too much, it is much better for you to eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetable (nobody got fat off eatting vegetables) and whole grains, cut out the junk food (or at least most of it), soda, and  juice, a lot of calories acually come from drinks so watch what you drink! also very important get more exercise, even if you just do walking go for a walk for like half an hour most days of the week to start off, maybe a friend or a family member could be a walking buddy for you!
