Hello, I am just recentley diagnosed with pcos at the age of 21 and i have a dr appointment wednesday to receive serophene, I am just wondering how many people have found this medication to be affective and whether there were any symptoms that occured with taking this medication and how successful it is.
thanks, i just got back from the dr yesterday they put me on serophene. 50mg a day we'll see if this works.

I have taken Seropehen for 5 months now, and also have pcos. I have just been started on metformin three times a day. The only side effect that I had form serophene was mood swings and some hot flashes. I had no symptoms on 50mg a day but these symptoms occured when my dr increased my dose to 100mg. I still am not pregnant, level of success depends on too many factors to be able to predict this axccuratly. Good luck
