Clomid is not a good drug for women with PCOS! is causes cysts I would see a RE before your next round of clomid.  I only ovulate with injectable drugs, don't give up it's possible it will just take some work and a good doctor to get you your baby :).  We had been trying for 3.5 years when we got our BFP we were actually going to stop trying if that cycle of IUI didn't work, and adopt.  Now i'm 29 weeks with a little girl.  I know everyone says it but it will happen when you least expect it.  Also if your not on metformin you should be, it will help you ovulate by regulating your hormones.  I cannot stress enough that you need to see an RE, OBGYN's are not specialists at endocrinology or fertility that's why she won't give you any other drug.  I say do they HSG make sure your tubes are fine, then get a referral to a good RE.  You gotta fight sometimes.  Good luck, you can message me anytime if you need someone to talk to :)

I too have PCOS and don't ovulate on my own or with clomid alone, however, with clomid and metformin I O...you should really look into taking metformin as it may help you O while on clomid...I get checked for cyst after each round and have not had any problems in that department...I'm just waiting on my BFP now...good luck to you

I live in Illinois so sorry you can't use my doctor.  Yes this is our first baby, i'm hoping after we have her that I will "reset" and hopefully get pregnant with baby number #2 on our own.  Hopefully the HSG is all you need :).

If all else fails you can always adopt. There are a lot of babies out there that need a good home. My husband and I already know that our chances of having another child are very low so we are cutting our losses and planning for adoption.
