multiple follicular cyst left ovary

March 7, 2008 I had severe stomach pain with n/v.  and then again Aug 25 2008 for the same reason. Was rushed to ER, CT, US of abd/pelvis showed, multiple cyst in my left ovary( measuring  up to1.7 cm) with  free fluid build up in cervix.  Cervix is slighthly enlarged.   I had colonoscopy in Set 9 2008 showed normal colon.  With pain in my pelvis and my bloated abdomen that I look like  7months pregnant and getting bigger.  When my tummy is getting too bloated, I dribble and I cannot hold my urine and I need to go soon.

The GI doctor that performed my colonoscopy requested for a new US of pelvis/abd and I am scheduled on Sept 26.. Then they will recommend me to see an OB-Gyn doctor.  I had 2 CSection in 82. '84 and '88 plus removal on right ovary and pallopian tube/ explore-lap in '91.

Is there any possibility or way that I will not go into another surgery?  Any other way of removing follicular cyst w/out opening my belly again.  I am 45 now and I dont feel like going into another surgery.  PLs advice.  Thank you very much.

I have been putting on weigth since my graduation. I was 60 kg then and after marriage I am 93 kg.
