hi ladies i have recently found out i have pcos.. my question is do any of you use OPKs . i do have monthly periods just not on the same date . can vay from 24 days to 33. also there was no ovarian cysts on my ovaries but i have high levels of androgens (male hormones). facial hair and slight acne.

I never used the OPK's but that's only becuase I didn't ovulate every month with my PCOS. The only thing that really worked for me was using the cervical mucous testing.
