I've been checked for anemia and it was ok. I'm 31yrs old. No low grade fever but I have had dizzy spells just a couple nd no vomiting but I have had periods of nausea.

Had you missed any periods recently and if so for how long? How long have you been on your period now? My first and foremost concern would be Anemia for which you need to be checked asap. Secondly if you could share your age and any additional symptoms you may be experiencing it might help. If you are experiencing any severe dizzy spells or are vomiting or have a low grade fever I recommend a trip to the hospital for good measure to get some blood work.
