Hi there!

Well, before a trial of IVF we could give a trial of medications that help in ovulation with artificial insemination, post sperm concentration. If this does not seem to work, then we may proceed on to IVF; though IVF is expected to yield better results. In fertility can be caused by both male and female factors and the presence of either one could have been an indication towards artificial techniques. I sincerely advise to stop stressing yourself over it and start working with your doctor for appropriate management of the condition.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
