Could I be pregnant

Hi. About a year and a half ago my husband and I decided to try to have a baby, I got off my BC (which AI was put on at 15 due to no periods) of course I didnt get my period, they have tried me on Clomid , Femara, Progestrone...and last Metformin (which I have been on since Nov 15 2007) I had my first period on Jan 13 2008 it lasted 6 days, during this time my Gyno was referring me to a speicalist so I went to the specialist on Jan 22..he told me that I should call when I get my next period..i never got it.. (which didnt strike me as odd seeing as how I have PCOS and really never have a period)  anyway last week I starting getting really bad headaches..I cant seem to get them to go away, about 4 days ago I started getting really tired.. Im talking about cant keep my eyes open, I have had a really hard time concentrating on anything..and last night I was nausea all night, and food has been making me sick.  I have taken lots of pregnancy tests all negative.. the one I took today is was 18 days after my missed period..it should show up if I am right???  Can PCOS make it where Home Preg tests arent accurate. Should I call my Dr. I have an appt on Feb 26, 2008.  Has anyone experienced this and with negative tests still been pregnant???

I called my doctor after work yesterday and he told me if a pregnancy test was negative then I didnt need a blood test so he wont order one for me..that makes me so mad. My husband is in the military so my OB GYN there sent me to a specialist because they didnt have any success helping me...so now I am seeing the specialist and I thought he was a really good doctor till I talked to him yesterday...anyway I see him on the 26th so until then I will keep trying to test ever few days and then when I go in I will ask again if I am still having all these symptoms.. its so frustrating, everyone I know decided to have a baby after me and it happened immediately and there babies have already been born. Makes me so sad. I wonder sometimes if it will ever happen. My doctor told me he was going to start injectibles on my next visit. Good luck at trying for your second!!! Baby dust to you too!!!

I guess it would be better to call today and tell the doctor everything that way I can get the blood test before I go in to see him, that way he will already know. . thanks for the baby dust!!!  How far along are you, or have you already had your baby??

I have experienced the negative test results... hpts anyway... i was 3 months pregnant, and decided to take one just to see what would happen and it came back negative also. i would opt for a blood test, thats the only way i found out i was. but it sounds like to me you may be having preg. symptoms!! good luck, and lots of baby dust to you!!
