unwanted hair

I have PCOS and i am hypothyroid .....

I have unwanted hair on my chin/body.....I discovered that when my dosage of synthroid was reduced, my hair growth reduces......and it is also related to my period cycle.  They grow stubborn when i ovulate and till i have my chumps.....:((

I want to treat myself, my doc just gives me a simple sol of taking birth control pills.  I have severe abdomen pain after i ovulate...:( .  Any suggestions??

Now recently, when i visited my doc, she suggested, i might have insulin resistance as well.....

I eat healthy food and very careful of my diet....have no family history.....??
