i had blood work done and was told if my FSH levels were 30 to throw
away my BC pills... ok but can i get pregnant even a slight chance?
and switch to condoms?

There's always a chance, but it's not highly likely with that number.

I'm not a medical person, but I'd say you at least need to get a second opinion before making any decisions about what birth control to use, especially if this person's advice was based on the FSH reading alone.
