Recent C-Section Now Problems

On december 31, 2009 I had a c-section this was my second one. my first c-section was at a smaller hospital and the doctor who did it was very ruff I was in pain for almost 3 months but pretty severe pain for id say a good month i could walk without crying for almost 2 weeks. when I got pregnant with my second child she wasnt gaining weight properly so my doctor referred me to bigger better hospital that could address any problems that may arise during delivery so on 12-31-09 I had my daughter c-section this time my c-section was so much easier. I was walking a hour after surgery and couldnt set still the following day only for the first 3 days i had to use pain medication and only once maybe twice at most i felt pretty good quickly the doctors did a great job i felt. well anyway to get to the question ever since my c-section on the 31st of december 09 I havent been able to feel the urge to urinate at all. what happens is I feel pain right about where my incision area is under my tummy the pain is from somewhere on the inside(i dont know what organs are in that area to explain any better sorry) and when i urinate it hurts me as well but it doesnt feel like a urinary tract infection at all i use to get those frequently and this totally different its not a burning pain either and my urine is dark its almost like a dark orange or orangish brown this color has been pretty much the same color since about a week or so before delivery what could be causing this was something not put back in correctly during csecton, am i just not completly healed though i feel perfect could it be infection or is this something else i got a million ideas but no awnsers. can u please help me. its really bothering me im scared something bads wrong

I just had a c-section 2 weeks ago, and I don't think the challenges you are having should be happening.  Please see a Dr. and get checked out.  It's important to not ignore it.  By the way...you are my hero walking an hour after surgery.  I thought I did well walking 12 hours later.  1 hour after I was still pretty frozen.  You are one determined lady!

The lack of feeling might be that they cut a nerve, and the darkness in the urine could be something totally different (if it gets the color of Coca-Cola, for example, it could be a sign of hepatitis).  I would definitely go see the doc and explain what is going on.

I realy think you need to got it check witha doctor. I would take a mid stream morning sample with you when you go that way he can at least stick test it there and then. I am sorry but it doesn't sound normal at all to me. Hope you can get it sorted soon it can't be very nice for you.
