2ns round of clomid and dont know what to think??

hi, I am am on my 2nd round of clomid atm (100mg days 2-7). for the past 2 months I have has 31 day cycles down to the dot. even the same cramping leading up to af, but this month it all is out of wack. I have been tracking my temp and used ovulation tests and I am 99.9% sure i ovulated on the 8th of sep ( being CD 18) the same as last month. af was due on the 22/9 and still a no show, I dont feel any different besides being extreamly tired and waking at 6am for no reason at all, also been running to the loo alot, I have one son who is now 7yrs old. but my temps have stayed high this morning it was 37.09 the highest ever and yesterday 37.4. last month the highest i got was 36.68. i have had milky cm for the past few days and other than that not much. I was convinced this month that it didnt work but now that af is over due with no signs of comming im starting to get a little worried. I have done 4 preg test on the 20/9, 21/9, 22/9,23/9 and all neg besides the one on the 22 with maybe a faint line but not strong enough to make me think it might be positive. i plan on testing tomorrow with fmu.
So i am asking has any one ever felt they wernt preg but turned out they were???
and also im wondering what dpo you got a BFP??

thanks well today i am on 17 dpo... and again another faint i used a discover dip test and for the life of me i can not find any where to find out how sensative it is... im going for a blood test on monday if no af over the weekend. this morning whe i woke up my breast were like bowling balls and my nipples seem to be more rounded and not as flat but there is still another faint line but not strong enough to make me feel confident.

I got pregnant on my second round of Clomid and I got my BFP at 10DPO. What DPO are you? If your period continues to be late I would retest again in a few days. If its still negative than I am assuming you are not pregnant. To get a more accurate result you could see your OB and they could get you a blood test to check your HCG. That way you will know for sure if you are or not. Please keep us updated. Sending lots of baby dust your way!
