There is also a breast feeding forum on here. The ladies are super hwlpful. There is a lactation consultant on there who can answer any question you have pretty much.
Thanks, vry helpful(: I'm going to try my hardest to do it. I know its vry good for the baby.
What clysta said is very true. It's more challenging then painful. My daughter is two Weeks old I was only able to breastfeed her for a few days. While in the hospital she slept for 7 hours refusing to wake so the nurses suggested I give her formula of course ftm here so I listened. It was all down hill after that. I couldn't produce enough to keep up with her after that and got very discouraged. I tried everything I knew of to get her to latch and failed. By no means am I trying to scare you out of it I say this to let you know if you can't it's okay to. I still sometimes best myself up. Just work really hard and I can tell you the time I could nurse my daughter was the most rewarding. :-) good luck.
So does age, lol. And larger breasts. It happens even if you don't breast feed as well because they fill with milk and then in a few weeks it dries up. But I never noticed anything saggy myself. (or just didn't care enough to notice)
I'm glad you asked this question!! I'm a ftm and I plan to breast feed as well...I heard it leaves your breast saggy :/
It does at first while your nipples get used to it, but after that it shouldn't. Breastfeeding can be demanding, and generally the first 6 weeks are the worst. Baby will be more or less glued to you - but beyond that it's fairly rewarding and very healthy for both you and baby. The best advice I can give is to trust yourself and the baby. If you have other more specific questions (i know I could go on for several paragraphs) we can answer those as well.
