Need Help (Not Gettin My Period)(Neg Test)

hi im 18yrs old. well lets just say i havent had a period ever since nov 9th 2009 now its Jan 20th 2010. and yeah i took a prego test and it came back neg. (-). but for the past couple of weeks i have been having some cramping not like i used to. and my nipples are very very sore  but thats only been for the past 4days . i do have irregular periods. it usually lasts about 1-2 weeks but not this long. oh and i am also a heavy bleeder and cramps so bad i get into a ball and cry( if that counts for anything).
Ive talked to my mother about this and the first thing she thought i was prego. and then when the test came back she just keeps saying the same thing over and over again (your just like me hunny i'm sorry) meaning i have irreglar periods for her. now me, my hubby, and my mother are worried.

Can anyone help me please? what should i do?

P.s. i have a dr appointment Feb 4th thats the only time they could get me in :(

It doesnt sound like you are pregnant.  A few things spring to mind- its possible you have something like PCOS.  A doctor will be able to get to the bottom of it.  Good luck

If your not pregnant,and your period is late.you may well have problems ovulating as without this you wont have a period.this is so common,and likely a hormone imbalance,which a doctor can treat.try not to worry to much.as you say with irregular cycles then predicting periods is difficult.so you do need to speak with your doctor.
