I take Flintstones chewables because even gummies make me sick, and I eat lots of frosted mini wheats because they have a lot of iron in them. :)

Prenatal vitamins are actually more for you then they are your baby. The only reason they recommend you to take them is to keep your iron level up, since the baby takes so much out of you. Unfortionantly, no one in my family, including myself, are able to take them. In substitute, they recommend taking chewable kids vitamins or gummies if you can or intake foods/drinks rich in iron. Up until about 7 months, I was unable to even find kids vitamins that my body would tolerate, so I started drinking the breakfast essenstials drinks and eating foods enriched with iron.

I was taking mine in the very beginning but I had to_ stop cause they were making me constipated to the point where I was bending over in pain. I even started bleeding at 12 wks due to straining my doctor told me to stop taking them. I just eat a healthy well balanced meals and im not worried to much cause I have 2 healthy kids already which I couldn't take them for either

The baby should be fine! The most important stage is the first trimester but you are well out of it! Don't worry

I haven't taken prenatal at all trough my pregnancybbecause my body can't handle the extra stuff...it actually made me more sick than the morning sickness did so my doctor recommended that I stop taking them so I could work...I've tried to go back on them throughout the pregnancy but I literally cannot stomach them. In my blood work my iron came back low so I take an iron supplement which I can stomach way easier but the doctor told me not to worry because I've maintained my weight and kept healthy. I'm 36+4
