How long into your pregnancy do they start giving you ultrasound ... ??? I wanna know how can they tell if your child have Clift lip or any other issues if they don't give you in ultrasound & by the way I'm 32 weeks 4 day's ..?

I had one at 15 wks and I asked about the cleft lip, down syndrome and spina bifida.  And all was clear. I saw for myself. Surely the dr would have shown you or said something of any of it was there.

Well it depends on the doctors most give you one in the beginning to see how far you are then one at 20 weeks for the anatomy to check gender, make sure all the organs are there and normal, to make sure there are no signs of down syndrome and to make sure baby is growing correctly. But some doctors give one every appointment like mine did but I switched to a midwife and they only give 2 but I've already had 4 and I'm 20 weeks the only other one I'll be getting is probably the 4d one I'm paying for next month.

I got 1 at 7 weeks, and at 20weeks...got another one coming up at 25 or 26 weeks.

I had 1 to find out the gender but lately I haven't had 1 .. My doctor she is unprofessional I go see her next Wednesday & Ima ask her then I haven't had a 3D pic or nothing but that one to tell me if I'm having a boy or girl ... I had more pics with my 1st then this 1

I had one at 12 & 17 weeks. Then I paid for a 3D at 30 weeks. They dont normaly give ultrasounds after the first two unless you claim to have problems like pain or bleeding..

How are you 32 weeks and haven't had even one ultrasound yet? Have you been going to a doctor the duration of your pregnancy?

They check for cleft palette and other abnormalities at your 20 week ultrasound. That's why it's called an anatomy scan. Its not just for gender.

I get one every four weeks

Your 32 weeks and haven't had an ultra sound? I had one at 12, 18, & 32 so far! I'm doing 1 more in 3 weeks and getting a 4D.. But yeah you should have definitely had a few by now! And they can tell if your baby has cleft lip on a ultra sound
