Pregnancy after 2 years of DVT

I am a 32-year-old woman i have three babies. Two years ago, in 2021, I experienced a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in my left leg after a cesarean section during the delivery of my third baby. However, my recent leg ultrasound report, conducted in 2023, shows no signs of DVT and no swelling. The report indicates that my leg is normal. Currently, I am pregnant and would like to know if it is safe to continue the pregnancy or if there is a risk of experiencing DVT again. Should I proceed with the pregnancy or consider other options?

Gosh, what a huge and important question.  What happened in your last pregnancy with DVT is relatively rare. Now that it has happened, it does increase your odds of it happening again, unfortunately.  How much? That's the question. What has your doctor said about this? How far along are you?
