Prenatal massage
Anyone had one? Yay or nay? My lower back is starting to hurt and a massage sounds spectacular. I've never even had a professional massage before! And I think it's due time.
My husband got me a gift certificate for one. How kind of him :) it's a high end spa and they have people who are certified for them. And I'm 21 weeks and I definitely already have a belly. I'm so excited!
I used to be a massage therapist with an dvanced certification in prenatal and yes they can be so great for your pregnant body! I agree with the last person; make sure the therapist actually has had certification in prenatal
I had one! It was awesome! Just make sure they actually have credentials for prenatal massage. Some of them just say they do it and haven't been trained properly for it. I don't know how far along you are but if you have any belly yet I would make sure they have one of those tables with a belly hole! The back massage is the best part!
