I'm taking CitraNatal (they're red and white) prescribed to me by my doc which I had also gotten samples of :) I can take these without feeling ill
I took vitafol my first and this pregnancy
Oh that's a thought thank you ladies
Ask about prescription or take an extra folic acid . The over the counter prenatals don't have enough folic acid . That's what my doctor said
Yeah , ask your doc for prenantal pills as a prescription & they should be free.
I didn't realize this, but prescription prenatals are free under the Affordable Healthcare Act. So you might try one of the prescription ones and save yourself some money! I use Citranatal Harmony.

Im 38 wks and have taken the vitafusion gummies since week 9(i couldnt stomach the horse pills from the drs due to having morning sickness from week 8 all the way thru to still getting it today) and the gummies helped a lot, yes u have 2 take 2 of them a day but they taste yummy so it equals out and i only pay $10 something from walmart for 90 gummies!
I am taking One A Day prenatal. It is just one pill instead of two, like most others. Easy on the stomach for me.
I'm currently taking nature made
I personally took the nature valley prenatal vitamin plus, it worked really well for me and intent so harsh on your system like other vitamins will do. The bottle itself is quit costly but if your a bit sensitive when it comes to being constipated all ready due to pregnacy this particular brand might be the way to go.
