Thank you all for the suggestions
My youngest had it super bad. I'd use the oil and comb and cradle cap care and it wouldn't work. At first it would, but would come back, then it just wasn't happening. Doc had to prescribe a shampoo that you have to let sit and I swear it stung his little head bc he'd scream and scream until I could rinse it out, then after the treatments were done he became afraid of baths for almost a month, but it never came back. I'd try all the little tricks you can first and use whatever the doc prescribes as a last resort, but if it's needed it does work well.
My doctor told me to use hydrocortisone cream it's an over the counter I left it over night and then showered him and it worked great it never came back
I used a very little bit of Nutrogena T-gel on my son and his never came back.
Walmart....cradle cap care ..in the baby isle.
Baby oil and a soft toothbrush!!
i used baby oil and brushed it away... but early in the day before bathing her so i could wash it away and it worked really well... my daughter had a lot of hair and i was surprised how well it worked :)
I used breastmilk & worked amazing....my grandmother told me about it & I've done it with each my kids. Way natural & really works!!!
My son had it bad and his Dr recommend we use a selson blue product...you but a dot oh your hand and massage it into babys scalp and if I remember right after only two treatments it was gone...you can only do it like once a week
Yeah my mom said the same thing about the baby oil. Wash it and put it in the hair them comb it out. :)
Awful stuff. I hated it & the best thing that worked for me was baby oil. After every bath put a little on their head & gently rub it in with baby hair brush. Babes hair will look greasy at first but after a few hours it dries, leaving their head so soft & sweet smelling. It took just a few days to work &.I continued doing it after cradle cap was gone just cause it made baby smell so sweet.
