earthquake & two hours of sleep.

My grandma lives in la habra/brea. I soent the night last night with my mom at my grandmas caue my grandma was so freaked out. I didnt sleep but two hours last night, she lives in a old folks mobile home park. Really nice but I felt eveey after shock and slept 7am to 9am. I am 34 weeks 1 day, I am so paranoid I can't fall asleep and I don't know what to do to relax.... I'm like freaking out inside. I was up all night and felt every aftershock there was to feel. I feel scared with feeling so much shaking. What can I do to relax? Its 10:17pm now and I can not even lay downw without jumping up thinking I feel a aftershock or so. Please help!

Drink hot tea with honey and watch a movie. Since youre tired you'll fall asleep in no time. Just think happy thoughts, sing to your baby, talk to it. Have your mom stroke your hair. Everything will be okay. Hang in there.

lol I feel you! I'm in the area, weve had over 50 aftershocks since Friday and Saturday it's crazy! I cant exactly help, but ease your mind knowing the more little earthquakes we have, the smaller the "big" one will be.still no help I know lol I just know how you feel
