I also almost lost my job also unfortunately for me nothing really makes it better and I still can barely make it through a full day. But ask your dr for zofran they have definately made it easier on me but unfortunately you might just have to learn to work through it the best you can

I don't know what your morning sickness pattern is but I just woke up way early before I had to leave so i'd have time to let my stomach calm down. starting off with a liquid breakfast (like breakfast essentials or ensure) really helped or ifi didn't have that i'd do milk and crackers. I hope it passes soon! mine stopped at about 13-15 weeks.

Even tho you probably dont want to eat, eat before work! Overall you will be less sick... for me i had to drink ensure in the mornings to substitute for breakfast, it gives you all the calories you need in a small smoothie like drink.
