new to the app how do I add a picture to my avatar?

Hey I barely found out about this app yesterday. . Im 22 yrs old, married and 17 weeks this is my first baby... im from los angeles, ca... and basicly talk to cool moms to be.. advice etc

how do I add a picture I been trying and nothing is poping up where I can post it. Help plz

You have to go to medhelp.org on a browser to set a picture
