I'm 12w4days and was just wondering if there is anything recommended for dry, cracking and sore nipples? Everytime I go outside and it's cold they just start aching and sometimes it's so bad I just want to take off my bra so nothing rubs them. And most of the time I'm in a place where thats not an option lol. Suggestions?

The cocoa butter lotion for the stretch marks really helps on sore boobs too. I use it twice a day all over chest and belly

Try using lansinoh cream. Can also try breast pads. They'll stop the bra from rubbing against your nipples.
