If you are referring to a car then yes it's safe to drive.  As long as you have no other complications and your doctor doesn't restrict you from doing so, it's safe to drive throughout your pregnancy.

If you are referrign to a 4-wheeler ATV then no it's not adviseable.  It's not adviseable to drive/ride any kind of off road vehicle during the course of your pregnancy.

Do you mean is it safe to drive a car????

If thats what you mean then yes! Make sure you wear your seat belt correctly. And have the strap that is usually around your middle, under your or over your bump, not right across it. Because if you have to break all of a sudden that causes Damage. So dont have your seat belt right acorss your bump!
