pregnant after having surgery?

Anyone had a c-section, appendix removal, cyst removal, or anything else? I had keyhole kidney surgery 2 years ago and I was so.worried that it would affect my pregnancy. Anyone have troubles with scar tissue? I'm almost 20 weeks. I was thinking as I got bigger it would affect the area. My doctor said i should be fine. But my scar is right through the muscle.

Also, I am planning on giving birth naturally. Will contractions and pushing hurt more because of the surgery I had?

Oh and my kidney is fine now :)

I've had laproscopic surgery to remove my gall bladder and a surgery to remove my appendix and a small bowel recession. Than another for adhesions. The one scar is from an inch over my belly button to about 2 inches under my belly button. So far no problems. My ob said the only thing that she would worry about is if I have to have a c section that the scar tissue could cause more bleeding? I hope not. My scar has been pretty itchy too

I've had two c sections and a laporscopy or how ever its spelled and I'm 23 weeks with my third.  I have to have another c section tho,  but as far as scar tissue I haven't had any problems from any of the surgery scars,  and more then half my belly button is scar tissue.  It might itch more,  but no pain.
