sore muscles

im 30+2 and a ftm. my legs are killing me, at night I get horrible charlie horses in my lower legs. im almost in tears sometimes. does or have any of you ladies had this problem?
if so what did you do to deal with it ? please help !

I would get those with my last pregnancy. And if u walk or stand it suppose to release the pain.. it does!  But be careful I stood up so fast one nite out of my sleep the pain was sooo bad.. then I hit the floor lol

I had this problem with my first I used to get up and walk around. I heard u can eat a banana not sure how true that one is and I heard u can rub it out try to Google leg cramps while pregnant solutions it might have some helpful solutions

Yesssss, am 31 weeks and the pain I get in my legs is unreal. I just get a lot of massages from my hubby for it jeje..

Yes I have the same problems.... I be waking my bf up sometimes cause those charlie horses are no joke... I have to also deal with back and butt pain... They don't know if it's my hemorrhoids or its just swollen in that area but that hurts too
