sore throat
I have a sore itchy throat from my allergies and since I can't take my allergy medicine what are some things I can use to make this annoying feeling go away on 6 weeks 5 days today.
Yes benedryl is safe if it makes u drowsy u can take half. I take it daily...allergies are horrible. My doc als o told me claratin is safe as well.
Gargle with warm salt water.several times a day and honey is a natural anti bacterial.
