Although 5 weeks is probably not implantation (usually 7-10dpo) pink or brown spotting during the first trimester is fairly common. Again, as long as you are not spotting bright red or clots, you should be OK. May want to take it a little easy though. Also consider having progeterone checked.
any pink or brown spotting is normal early in pregnancy, actually if you are about 5 weeks along then you are probaby experiencing the implantation of the baby which will cause a brownish discharge. I am also 5 weeks along and have been to the er to check in with my pain in my back and my stomach and the spotting and I have talked to three doctors now that say all of my symptoms are normal. As long as it is not bright red bleeding or severe cramping then you are within normalcy of the pregnancy at this stage. If you are like me, I am worrying about every little thing because I have endometriosis and it was by God that I am able to even be pregnant so I am trying ot enjoy it but its hard because your hormones and all.
Good luck, and God Bless you and your baby.
i read ur other post u need to go to the ER and call ur doctor better be safe then sorry
every pregnancy is different. some women spot, others dont at all. it tough to say in that case. if you dont have cramping and your not passing any clots, id relax.
ok thanks, see according to the baby calender i would be 5 weeks preg, so i dont know whats going on.
Cant say what it means but I had spotting before I found out I was pregnant, no cramping just some light spotting, and only when I wiped then a few days later I took a test and it was positive
