O I'm so sorry to hear this, i had the same thing happen last year & I had a d&c, my hosp was gonna make me wait 9 days! But like u I just wanted it over as its bad enuff this has happened :( I called my doctor surgery who got me into another Hosp not to far away the next day! I was so greatful.
If u haven't passed it in 4 weeks ur unlikely to & r at risk of infections etc ur doc needs to help u, I'd call them again if I were u

I am very sorry for your loss.  If the baby's heart stopped beating a month ago, at this point your doctor should do a D&C.  A month is long enough to wait, and it also increases your risk of subsequent scar tissue or residual tissue from parts of the placenta remaining in your uterus.  You need a new doctor if he has acted indifferent to this.

Huh why won't they help? Go to a planned parenthood u can get an abortion if ur baby has no heart beat.
