I am beyond depressed and frustrated.

She stripped my membranes. But there was no blood. :/
Basically wouldnt let me leave without scheduling a c section. A week from Monday... 7:30am. I know I could still go before then. But DAMN IT! I am soooo mad and frustrated! I feel like this whole thing is being ripped from me and I have to be cool with it! People keep saying "all that really matters is that the baby is healthy!" Wtf!? What about meeeee!? Why does it not matter if Meagan is healthy?! I dont want to be stapled shut taking care of 3 kids...in a 3 floor home! I dont want to have to have my first days home with my baby be on painkillers.
I had a vbac before with a 9lb 5oz baby. Why are they making such a huge deal this time!!? Its because Im fat this time around... why that matters, I do not know. Its really discouraging not to have the confidence from my drs!

I have one last option... which could likely result in c section anyway...
I can be induced at a different hospital...thats further away. My family would be far...
But they keep telling me the risk of rupture and they have me scared stupid over it!

I dont know what to do here! Ive just been bawling since I got home.

Worse case and you need to have the csection which I know you dont want, I went through the same. I had a 6 yr old and 3 yr old at home and two dogs and had my third c section for this last little guy. Yeah i asked to have a vaginal birth but my risk for rupture was too high and it would have resulted in more complications and surgery and a longer hospital stay if that did occur. He was a 9 lb baby and my uterus was stretched too thin. All said and done my healing process to take care of the home and all its members im glad I had the csection. Too me you heal quicker and are on your feet moving faster. I took pain meds for two days after the hospital and then Tylenol for a few days after that. What if you rupture? And end up in the hospital longer and what about your baboes at home? Or rip really bad and have the problems some women have with using the bathroom and such post labor. Not what you want to hear but everything happens for a reason. Try to stay positive.

Coming from a fellow mommy now preggo with #3 the longest I've gone with any of my children was 40w6d and I was a grumpy goose so I understand your pain! I'm gonna pray you are blessed with your precious bundle very soon and that the stress and pain you are feeling will diminish. Try and relax hun good things are sure to come your way and I see you said your mucus plug fell out so I'm hoping with all my heart you experience relief soon and you get to deliver your baby the way you want to. My doctor yesterday said in youtube there are some stretching videos that can help you go into labor I haven't tired them yet but I'm looking into it tonight. I'll be 40weeks on Sunday and I'm so ready to have this baby.

Hey look on the bright side your dr is smart enough to give you a 7am c section. I scheduled mine months ago and they gave me 1 date 1 time and it's at 1pm. Seriously who the efffff makes a pregnant girl wait all day long hungry and nervous for a scheduled c section?? Mine! I've cried my eyes out to get saying I can't I need a morning and she says..uh .sorry. I can't change it. I'm beyond po'ed and t I'd why I want to go into labor..basically to spite her and make her come to the hospital on an off day haha.'

It only took a sec though. I asked about it before hand. She didnt tell me she was doing it until I asked. Then she was like..,oh I did lol

I dont understand why they are not giving u the option to choose and making u sign up for something u dont want..at the end of the day it should be ur choice..however they say that if u r not in a good shape and gaines lots of wwight u wont be able to push and might not be able to get the baby out..who knows and with the age it gets even harder...however that should be ur choicr they should be giving u an option and if u want natural u should it if there are complications thats when yhe urgent csection should come in place...hopefully u will get a vag and everything will be fine.good luck :))

Nipple stimulation Treksy! It gave me really good strong contractions with my second son! If you do it often enough maybe it will be wnough to get established labor going!!! Ahhh im so excited for you. I keep checking on here every couple hours for baby news from you!

Good luck babe. Iv been rooting for you since the beginning.  I dont want you to have a crappy experience. I hope she comes asap, but if it ends in a section,  thank god we have that modern option.  Either way im grateful there are alternatives like this today.  Keep us posted and fingers crossed for you.
