ate hot dogs for lunch!!! feel guilty
I know you not supposed to eat hot dogs and some pregnant girls still do . Once in a blue isn't bad I know lol but I haven't ate hot dogs for so long the last time I ate it was at the beginning of the pregnancy . I ate 3 I feel so bad lol I should of only ate 1 but they where so good and I had so long without eating one lol forgive me god lol

I've never heard that you're not supposed to eat hot dogs while pregnant. You're not supposed to eat under cooked
Meats and eggs or unpasteurized cheeses and dairy, also raw fish and oysters. But not hot dogs. On this app there is an article and it's called the foods to avoid while pregnant and hot dogs were not mentioned. Other than them being high in salt, there is nothing wrong with a hot dog or three in your case lol
