But seriously how can i stop this all day i had the runs .. im 16weeks pregnant today wtf im like feeling crappy cus i have this any home remedy or med i can take .. im totally embarssing myself but ima b more embarrassed to tell my hubby .. i cant go on our date tonight cus i have diarrhea ..help pls
I take a fourth of a peto tablets. Just enough to settle the tummy but not stop you up. Hope that helps.
Try taking some iron. My supplements always block me up. And it's good for you during pregnancy anyway.
Try a bannana. Sorry but tengo chorro made me laugh. Not many moms or moms to be write in spanish.
