I agree you should get an ultrasound, at least you will get an answer.

Yes. I would ho to the hospital. They will do an internal ultrasound, it is uncomfortable, but at least you will know your baby is ok. I was 7 weeks pregnant and i ended up having a miscarriage. It was a false pregnancy. The tests all came out positive but when i went to the hospital and they did the internal ultrasound, there was no baby. They told me there never was.

The only thing you can do is wait to get another ultrasound.

Ask for two beta hCG tests two days apart.  If the hCG levels are rising at the appropriate rate, it would suggest that this is just an embryo that began later than average.  If your cycles are irregular that would explain it.

If you ovulated 14 days after your period started, you are 6.5w now.  If you ovulated more than 14 days after your period started, you are less than 6.5w pregnant.  You can't know unless you know when you ovulated.

If your last period began on April 29 and it is now June 13, the doctor would tell you that you are 6 weeks 3 days "pregnant" (because the count begins on the first day of your last period) no matter when your ovulation happened.

If you are getting positives on pregnancy tests but the doc is not seeing a fetal pole now, it would suggest you either ovulated rather late in your cycle compared to average (if your cycles are not regular, that might happen), or that possibly you had a chemical pregnancy followed by a new one, and it is not yet large enough to show up on the ultrasound.  If your doctor would order it, in your shoes I'd ask for two beta hCG tests two days apart.  If the hCG levels are rising at the appropriate rate, it would suggest that this is just an embryo that began later than average.

You should be able to see a fetal pole at 6 weeks.  Possibly you are less than 6 weeks, you will just have to wait I'm afraid.
