I've been having terrible headaches that last for days. Tylenol does nothing of course. Any remedies that have worked for anyone?
Make sure to check your blood pressure. Call your OB, they might have you come in for a check up. Might be nothing but, in my case, I've had a terrible migraine for a whole day and got diagnozed with preeclampsia the next day.
Staying well hydrated helped me. 60+ ounces of water a day.
Magnesium and vitamin B-12.
Definitely check in with doctor.
Sounds like migraines... Ice packs?
Stay hydrated, check your blood pressure, get some low-impact exercise (like walking), avoid caffeine and sugar.
