3 weeks late negative test..help!

I'm currently 3 weeks late I've taken multiple home test and they are all negative I went to the doctor at 2 weeks late and they did a urine test and it came back negative. I've had sore nipples a few days also cramping. I've been a little nausea but not bad and some bloating.... and suggestions/ideas.

well I'm not a doctor but you there probably is still a chance you could be pregnant. if you're 3 weeks late I don't see why not the pregnancy tests aren't picking it up yet. also I've heard that stress can cause your menstrual cycle to be late. when I quit my birth control in December. I didn't have a period until February 10th. I was freaking out I thought I was pregnant. but don't let it worry you too bad..... since you're 3 weeks late that means you should be having another menstrual cycle pretty soon right? but if you go about 2 months without having a period I would definitely go back to the doctor. but I am NOT a doctor. I'm just trying to make you feel a little better.
