3 weeks late, pregnant?

Im almost 3 weeks late. I went to the drs and did a urine test last tuesday that came back negative. Only signs of pregnancy I have are sore breasts and they are alot larger then normal. I do have an occasional lower back ache or feel sick and I get slight cramps on my lowet abdomen.

Could I be pregnant or not seeing as I had a negative pregnancy test?

Did a test today and it wss negative..

my next period is due next Friday.. what should I do if I don't get it? I know im obviously not pregnant

My tests kept showing negative because my actual time of conception was June 7 but my last period was may 14 so if go for a blood test more accurate and then can tell you exactly how far along you are if you are pregnant

He said to come back this week if I still havent got it and he'll send me for one.. I was just wondering if its worth the money or if I should go off my negative test last week

Their urine tests are pretty much the same as at home urine test, you should have had then run a blood test
