Could I be pregnant?

Hi, I am quite confused and was wondering if I could get some opinions...

So, I am wondering if I could possibly be pregnant... My last period was a lot shorter than normal (about three days) and then it just stopped. It was also way lighter than usual.

I have been having pretty intense nausea for a couple weeks now but it was been a recurring problem for a few months.

I have also had severe stabbing pains in my right lover abdomen and have noticed a change in my breast tissue. It feels more fibrous...

I am on the pill and take it pretty much on time although sometimes I'll miss it by a couple hours. We don't use condoms. My boyfriend and I eventually want kids and if I was pregnant, we would be happy. It would be sooner than planned but I would like to know peoples' opinions before we get too excited.
