Am I pregnant or is it something else?

I am 9 days late on my period but I took a pregnancy test after a week and it was negative. I am having symptoms like I'm on my period but it's started to hurt in my lower abdomen when my boyfriend and I have sex. I am not trying to give too much information but I am worried because this has never happened to me before, especially pain like this in both sides of my lower abdomen

You could be pregnant yes, previous month I was 11days late... took 2 hpt and both came out negative. Then after my period I had this heavy feeling in my abdomen, like my cervix was too full. Every time me and my husband has sex I had this feeling he was bashing into something every time(sorry tmi) and I instantly knew something is up. By last Sunday morning I was yet again 9 days late and I did 2 hpt, both came out positive instantly. So wait it out a bit to see what happens with your period, if it still haven't made an appearance in a weeks time take another test. No one knows our bodies like us. Good luck
