BC and weird symptoms

Hi all,
I started using yasmin 21 for the very first time this month, on 3rd day of my cycle when i was still menstruating. I  took it in the morning all days at the same time, not using any antibiotics, just metformin and Pentoprezol for gastritis along. 6th day (7th morning almost) had repeated intercourse but he didnt ejaculate inside (no condom). rest all days to follow, had a couple of instances of complete unprotected intercourse.
I have now completed 21 days pack, today being the first free day. I had mild nausea only on  the pill, not happening today. Last night noticed whitish custard kinda discharge (very mild), no smell, with burning and itching around vulva. I took Flucanozole as i thought its yeast infection. Also experiencing mild heaviness and pain in breast, extremely hot hands and feet since this morning and mild cramps.....cramps been there since the start on BC.
I am so confused, as some day one shud wait a month before unprotected sex on pill. Does any of the above sounds like pregnancy???? I hope NOT. Any comments welcome, thanks.
