Confused can someone help

I had unprotected sex on January 1st, but it did not last long because I was uncomfortable so maybe like a few seconds to a minute or so. He did not get to finish like no full on ejaculation. I was still worried about precum and unsure if I was ovulating but I do know my last period was on December 17th   so just in case I took and emergency pill called Take Action on that same day and right after that situation happened  and for two days I had cramps. Now I have been feeling nauseous and have the urge to pee a lot and light cramps it is barely January 9th since that situation. I have not been feeling good but I just assume maybe it was because I am not eating or drinking enough water because when I am stressed I tend not to eat  or drink enough water as I should. I am not sure if I am just being paranoid like it is all in my head. I know it is way too early but I took a test and it came out negative. Waiting for my period is extremely worrisome. I do not know why I feel sick unless it's a UTI or Kidney infection since I have not been drinking enough water and having uncomfortable flank pain . Anyway would it be way too soon to even have symptoms of pregnancy? Since it is 9 days since intercourse and yes I know I should take birth control, but I do not like to because they make me very sick I have tried different brands and I do not even plan on having sex anyway.

I am thinking that what youre feeling could be hormonal. The pill probably caused a change in hormones which can make "pregnancy symptoms" appear sort of like what happens before your period each month due to the rise and drop or progesterone and estrogen. And now it could be your body trying to get back to homeostasis. However if you do feel like you could be pregnant. Relax and wait till closer to your period to test. I know its hard, but relax annd dont stress as best you can.
