Yeah i googled alot of stuff , lol but ok ill do that. And thanks AGAIN! (:
Many things beyond pregnancy can cause a late/delayed cycle. Wait another week and if you still don't get it, take a pregnancy test with first morning urine. I personally recommend First Response.
hi..! Umm im back im just feeling more nervous b/c my periods are 23 days apart and yesterday was day 23, and today is day 24 and still nothing!! Im just really starting to get concerned.
Good luck! If you do choose to be sexually active again though, just take care with it and make sure you're always using something. Not only to protect pregnancy, but to prevent chance of infection/disease as well.
Oh ok ok, thanks so much for the information! I really appriciate it! And im planning on staying abstinet so i wont have any more worries.
Birth control doesn't prevent future pregnancies. Yes, your body needs to readjust after you use it, but that's due to it being hormonal. I was on birth control earlier this year and got pregnant just a few months later--it resulted in miscarriage, but that's not due to the BC in the least.
Discharge happens all the time. The vagina is self cleaning, and it can come in a variety of ways. It can range from milky white and watery, clear and watery, thick and white, lotion like/creamy, sticky, EWCM (egg white cervical mucous) which you get when you're fertile, etc. The only discharge you do NOT want to see is gray, green or white clumpy discharge. All these can mean infection.
When you ovulate; is that once the discharge comes after your period? Or that has nothing to do with ovulation?
And If you take birth control dosn't that make it harder for you to get pregnant in the future? Thats one of the main reasons i don't want to get on birth control b/c i want to have kids one day.
Seeing as you had sex the last day of your cycle, it's very unlikely to get pregnant unless you ovulate very early after and have a super short cycle. Worry can (and does) cause your cycle to be late. If you really think you're pregnant, take a pregnancy test with first morning urine. As for freaking out because you're 17, you shouldn't really. If you're too young, you either need to be more responsible (which means NEVER having unprotected sex---and pulling out does NOT count as protection either) and also getting on birth control. Your other option would be to abstain.
