I don't think I'm pregnant but I'm also very paranoid please help

I've been on birth control (Junel FE), taking it regularly like I'm supposed to. I had sex and didn't use a condom but I did take a Plan B pill within 24 hours. This is the third day of no period (sometimes my period takes one or two days). I did recently move and my sleeping schedule is messed up as well, I have been stressed, and I currently have an ear infection which has caused swollen tonsils so I couldn't eat or drink for the past few days and because of that, I was practically bedridden. I just started antibiotics yesterday. I tend to get extremely paranoid so I would like some reassurance please.

Well, if you are on birth control . . .  that's supposed to cover you for pregnancy.  While it is not 100 percent, it's a pretty good barrier to pregnancy when taken correctly which you say you do.  Using a condom is wise for STD and I guess as extra back up.  Anyway, you've taken plan B now. Plan B is a big whopping dose of hormones.  You've added extra hormones onto your current birth control which is hormones.  Your system is probably a bit messed up.  Being irregular after Plan B is the norm and it can last three months or more.  good luck
