I have had sore hard sensitive nipples back and stomach pain for about a week now

Hi I'm 36 yrs old. I had my last period July 19-21 on July 29 my breast started getting really sore my boyfriend counted on the fact that they were getting bigger. I sluffed it off as nothing I ovulated on Aug 1 now here I am Aug 5 and my breast still hurt like painful hurts my nipples are really sensitive and hard most of the time which is unusual for me. I'm having off and on pain in my back side stomach and shoulder/neck area really bad. But the pain in my breasts and nipples are the worst. I do massage my breast and put heating pads on but with how sensitive the nipples are it just turns me on. (I'm wearing out my bf) my next period is due on the 15. I had my tubes clamped back in 06 i dont want any more kids but am worried that I am pregnant. I'm hoping that it's part of my menstrual cycle but am told that the sore breasts comes after the ovulation and mine started before. Is this normal? Should I see a doctor? Thanks in advance

I forgot to mention that I have also been glued getting leg cramps as well in that time frame
