I would say it can be a sign but I wouldn't lean on just that. Cuz it's also a sign of pre menstruation
The op titled this "not sure if I'm pregnant," and then asked if the nipples changed when pregnant. Even if they do, it is not an early signal.
Well my nipples aren't normally pointed but during pregnancy they are all the time.
Not much different. It's not the first sign you would have of pregnancy, that's for sure.
